Mr. Fritz brings more than 20 years of relevant industry experience to his new role having been CEO and founder of NeoMedia, a mobile Marketing and Technology company started in 1990 and as one of the original visionaries in the 2-D barcode industry. He ultimately took NeoMedia public in 1996 raising millions in investment capital.
